We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the preparation of food by restaurants.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with local regulations.
3. User Accounts

To place an order, you may need to create an account with accurate personal details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price (food, delivery fee, taxes, and other applicable charges).

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds (if any) are subject to restaurant and Foody Asap policies.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.

You must be available to receive your order at the provided address.

If you are unavailable, the delivery partner may leave the order at the designated location, or the order may be canceled without a refund.
6. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, safety, preparation, and compliance with health regulations.

Foody Asap is not liable for food-related issues such as allergies, incorrect items, or food safety concerns.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Harass, abuse, or harm delivery partners, restaurant staff, or other users.

Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability

Foody Asap provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for food quality, delays, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
